Governance

GUIDE-AI is governed by a lean structure designed to enable fast decision-making while maintaining scientific integrity and IHI JU compliance.

Decision-Making Bodies

General Assembly This body meets annually and constitutes the formal decision-making authority on strategic matters.
Steering Committee This committee meets monthly and is responsible for day-to-day project governance, milestone tracking, and cross-WP coordination.

Scientific Advisory Board Independent external experts providing strategic input and assessing alignment with clinical needs and regulatory requirements.
